  JACK KIRBY
I was introduced to Jack Kirby as a young boy and comic collector.  I think the first
Kirby work I had ever seen was Fantastic Four.  I loved the way the characters where
designed and the incredible larger than life feel of the stories and sequential
imagery.  However, I was not particularly a fan of the art.  Later in life as I was set to
become a professional, I reintroduced myself with Kirby's work.  What I found out was
that the more I learned about the craft I was entering, the more I realized what a
genius Kirby truly was!!!
